Job Summary/Description:
KPLC-TV is hiring a Program Coordinator to schedule television programming and publish weekly programming grids along with other station duties.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Schedule television programming and publish weekly programming grids
- Serve as the station Safety Manager
- Serve as the station backup for log reconciliation
- Post all job openings and required EEO activities
- Create and upload required quarterly and annual FCC reports
- Provide logistics support for the station including ordering supplies, mail and shipping, and admitting guests to the building
- Other duties as needed in support of station management
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Attention to detail is a must
- Be able to multitask
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Have moderate typing skills
- Previous experience with Wide Orbit and broadcast systems a plus
