EXPERIENCED Apartment Manager needed for 2 properties in Stafford, TX. Property #1 is 108 units, Property #2 is 81 units (1 mile away from one another).
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the apartment community, including leasing, marketing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Advertise and market available units to attract potential tenants.
- Conduct tours of the property and showcase available units to prospective residents.
- Screen and process rental applications, including conducting background and credit checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Collect rent payments and handle any delinquencies or late fees.
- Address resident concerns and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure repairs are completed promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, resident interactions, and financial transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Apartment Manager.
- Proficiency in ResMan property management software.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to effectively communicate with residents and address their needs.
- Knowledge of leasing procedures, including the ability to negotiate contracts and upsell additional services.
- Creative marketing skills to reach large volume groups
- Understanding of legal administrative processes related to property management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
