As a Barista / Retail Team Member you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide our guests with a distinctive bakery and café experience.
A Barista / Counter Members is a tipped based position making a minimum of $17 / hour .
Duties include, but are not limited to the following functions :
- Greeting every guest with a warm welcome and providing them with a genuine connection
- Coordinating and assisting other team members to meet all guest's needs and support the bakery operations
- Crafting espresso beverages and providing exceptional knowledge on all Best Buns items
