As a key player in expanding our outside sales program, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to GWT’s continued success.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with current customers while growing the territory.
• Identify new customers via phone, networking, and social media.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand your book of business.
• Collaborate with Service and Parts teams to meet customer needs regarding timing and pricing.
• Proactively manage customer data and activities in the company CRM system (experience with ZOHO is a plus).
• Represent GWT professionally, adhering to company values and safety protocols.
• Occasionally deliver parts to customers as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in the heavy-duty trailer or equipment industry.
• Proven sales experience with excellent follow-up and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (experience with CRM systems like ZOHO is a plus).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
