Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Racker/Unracker for 1st shift, willing to work in a safe and efficient manner with a team player attitude, following directions to help achieve our production goals.
Job Requirements:
• A High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide.
• Ability to read, write & understand basic work instruction.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.
• Work overtime as required.
Job Responsibilities:
• Review Plating Specification.
• Perform racker, unracker and inspector functions.
• Fill all raw parts on carts to maintain flow of material when racking.
• Handling of all plated parts and insert in proper racks when loading.
• Ensure all racks are complete with parts to be plated.
• Remove parts form racks and store in appropriate bin.
• Observe flow of raw material to detect any quality issue before being racked, unracked and stored in bins for production.
• Maintain proper housekeeping, sweeping and maintaining work area clean of debris.
• Report material shortages to supervisor.
• Follow all general safety regulations, use provided safety equipment as required.
• Notify Plating Supervisor of any problem that occur.
