KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer service representatives with knowledge in solar equipment and solar technologies including products & services.
- Provide assistance to customers in understanding their systems and how to properly resolve their issues.
- Answer incoming phone calls, and respond to written communication via email or text.
- Effectively handle quality complaints, adverse events and claims according to company standards while maintaining superior customer service etiquette.
- Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products and services.
- Log customer inquiries into CRM platforms and follow up on claims and inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with our local and nationwide technicians who are servicing our customers' systems.
- Collaborate with our team on how to effectively resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Other general customer service responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Must have extensive solar knowledge & experience
- Must have Solar Edge experience
- Must have Emphase knowledge
- Must have 5 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Must have 5 years of relevant management experience.
- College/University Degree or equivalent is preferred.
Skills:
- Ability to learn fast and retain knowledge.
- Advanced knowledge of Google and Microsoft suite applications.
- Advanced knowledge of computers.
- Fast typing skills with proficiency in grammar.
- Be able to communicate effectively with the team and management as well as our vendors.
After 30 Days of evaluating performance we will raise your compensation to $24/hr.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be able to commute to our office as this is an in office position only HQ Northridge CA 91325.
- Must have previous experience working in a solar related field.
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- SolarEdge Monitoring experience.
