- Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute canvassing campaigns, including identifying target neighborhoods, designing outreach materials, and coordinating logistical support. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations for canvassers and monitor individual and team performance against targets. Provide regular feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and implement corrective action as necessary.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for canvassers to ensure they have the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to succeed. Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to support continuous improvement.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze canvassing data and metrics to evaluate performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate progress and insights.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with canvassing team members, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and mutual respect.
