• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a team of canvassers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets. Provide ongoing coaching and support to maximize team performance and morale.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to generate leads and drive customer acquisition in target markets. Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other stakeholders to align canvassing efforts with overall sales and marketing objectives.
• Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute canvassing campaigns, including identifying target neighborhoods, designing outreach materials, and coordinating logistical support. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations for canvassers and monitor individual and team performance against targets. Provide regular feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and implement corrective action as necessary.
• Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for canvassers to ensure they have the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to succeed. Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to support continuous improvement.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze canvassing data and metrics to evaluate performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate progress and insights.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with canvassing team members, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and mutual respect.
• Compliance and Ethics: Ensure that all canvassing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Uphold high ethical standards and promote integrity and professionalism in all interactions with customers and the community.
