We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Lead and a 2nd role for a Business Development Associate to lead the growth and expansion of our AI driven innovative tech product in the renewable energy asset management space. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing strategic partnerships and deals with key clients and partners. You will play a critical role in shaping our company's future by driving revenue growth and market penetration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and target segments.
  • Client Acquisition:
  1. Hunting: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  2. Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and partners.
  3. Networking: Build and maintain a strong professional network.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed revenue targets and quotas.
  • Market Positioning: Position our product as the leading solution in the market.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience for business development lead, sales, or a similar role. / 2 years experience for BD Associate
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Prior experience in hunting new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a huge plus.
