- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: 8 AM to 4:30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch - 8 hours per day
- No call
- Schedule Requirements: Facility is looking for FULL TIME coverage only. Provider must be available to work 4 week stretches at a time. Provider can take some time off in between 4 week stretches, but cannot take time off within the 4-week block.
- Adult patients
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 1
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office) : 20-25 on treatment with weekly treatment visits, follow-ups and consults
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT (Call/Rounding) : 0-1
- EMR: Aria
- Board Certified
- Active IA license or IMLC
- COVID Vaccines
- Hourly Pay rate: $200 for W2 and $220 for 1099 per hour
- Client reimburses for all travel expenses: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage at IRS Standard Rate
- Licensure reimbursement
- Certification reimbursement
- Full benefits Health, Dental, Vision and 401K for W2 employees only
- Referral bonuses of $3,000
