What are the responsibilities and job description for the Management Trainee Program position at Greentech Renewables Norcal-Hawaii Division?
SUMMARY:
Greentech Renewables is North America’s premiere solar equipment distributor. Greentech distributes a full range of solar equipment from our 95 locations to thousands of solar contractors throughout the United States. We are driven to accelerate the adoption of solar power by enabling solar installers to easily and cost-effectively design, finance, sell, and install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
As a Management Trainee, you will contribute to the deployment of solar technology in business-to-business sales through residential and commercial applications. You will form lasting relationships with solar installers and contractors and work hard to support their design, engineering, credit, financial services, logistics and procurement needs.
The Management Trainees are taught every aspect of Greentech’s business, from the ground up, to run a multi-million-dollar location upon completion of the training. On-the-job training lasts for 2-3 years and includes rotations in the warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, purchasing, inside sales, project management, inventory management and outside sales. Throughout the program, trainees attend multiple classes in the following areas: renewables, electrical products, sales, financial services, and management. Classes are held throughout the country and facilitated by Greentech and its company partners. This training program helps to equip trainees to be future leaders of Greentech Renewables.
