SCHEDULER / CNA, Full Time – Greenwood Care, Evanston, IL
Greenwood Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF) in Evanston, IL, has an opening for a RSA/CNA Scheduler. This is a Full Time position with variable hours, WILL BE ON CALL.
$19.50 per hour. Must be a CNA
Responsibilities of the Full Time Scheduler:
- CNA/RSA Scheduling
- Collaborate with consumer and treatment team in facilitating therapeutic treatment plans
- Recognize, note, and inform treatment team when a consumer is not at their baseline of symptoms and behaviors
- Assist the medical treatment team as assigned
- Help check in all newly admitted consumers and readmissions, as well as assist in the transfer of consumers to different room

Requirements
of the Full Time Scheduler:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensed in the State of Illinois
- Experience in mental health facility environment
- Scheduling experience in a LTC environment, preferably a mental health environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work well independently
- Must be committed to providing highest quality nursing care for psychiatric patients
