Duties
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Manage inventory control processes, including stock management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct interviews for potential new hires and assist in the onboarding process.
- Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions, returns, and inventory tracking.
- Implement time management strategies to optimize staff schedules and operational efficiency.
- Maintain an organized store environment by ensuring merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
Qualifications
