Role Summary: Support the Store Manager in overseeing sales, merchandising, providing outstanding customer service, demonstrating sales floor leadership and inventory control
Main Accountabilities
Performance Measures / Success criteria
1. Partner with Store Manager for execution of all policies, procedures and operation of store environment including loss prevention
· Smooth execution of daily operations
2. Become the sales leader within the store environment emphasizing store and individual goals in order to elevate the customer service experience
· Elevated level of customer service
3. Ensure sales team has the knowledge and the tools to perform their job in order to Achieve/exceed personal sales goals

4. Supervise the sales team and follow up on the performance in order to ensure continuous sales coverage and assess the personal performance
· Plan and prepare execution of sales.

5. Assure sales floor presentation standards and maintain it regularly in order to meet company’s standards
· Visual company standards respected
6. Coordinate with the Store Manager the stock needs in order ensure that necessary merchandise is available and meets the client requirement

7. Assist store manager in contest, events and markdowns in order to increase the sales and realize the personal objectives

8. Suggest improvements and new ideas in order to optimize company policies and procedures

Educational Requirements:
· High School Diploma or Advanced degree
Knowledge, Technical Skills and Experience:
· Retail management experience
· Sales negotiation skills, Selling Techniques
· Microsoft Office
· Speaks well and uses effective verbal skills.
