Greylock Energy is seeking a Well Tender to work out of our Appalachia North division in Greene County and surrounding areas in Pennsylvania.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform the following duties satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.
- Implement safe work practices and participate in a proactive safety culture that consistently prioritizes the safety of our Team Members, and the communities where we operate while also protecting the environment.
- Perform all duties in accordance with the company environmental health and safety program not limited to reporting spills, leaks, and complete monthly and quarterly checks and fill out associated forms for PADEP reporting.
- Conduct routine checks of all well sites on assigned route.
- Monitor and maintain production equipment and associated pipelines, including wellhead, separators, meters, tanks, and above ground pipeline facilities .
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Repair and maintain well equipment and locations (includes the use of a weed eater, weed killer, leak repairs, and painting).
- Input well data into SCADA, including well pressures, meter volumes, tank measurements, and complete all associated forms for environmental, health and safety on a daily basis.
- Maintain production goals by soaping, unloading, and using artificial lift.
- Gauge tanks; maintain and manage fluid levels, some will require the use of a ladder
- Off road driving to navigate lease roads safely using a truck, or side by side in adverse conditions.
- Available to work off-hour call outs at night, or on weekends, to restart equipment and/or address other urgent matters.
- Available to fill in for non-assigned well routes and duties as needed.
LOCATION & TRAVEL
This role is outdoors, requires traveling to different locations within the operating area, and requires working in all types of weather.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This role is outdoors and requires working in all types of weather with extended periods of physical activity including walking, kneeling, bending, lifting and use of hand tools.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A college degree and/or experience is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- The ability to perform job functions satisfactorily with minimal direct supervision is required.
- Computer skills sufficient to use specialized programs, smartphone applications, and internet are required, with the ability to learn new systems and applications quickly.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of oil and gas experience with production operations is preferred.
- Available to respond to call outs in a timely manner is required.
