As the Receptionist/Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Accounts Payable:
- Processing vendor payments, reimbursements, and insurance payments accurately and timely.
- Setting up new vendors and maintaining comprehensive vendor information, including insurance and 1099 documentation.
- Receptionist Duties:
- Greeting visitors and answering phone calls professionally.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Assisting with company reimbursements and ensuring compliance with payment policies.
- Maintaining up-to-date records for vendor insurance and tax documentation.
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
