Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in the development and execution of innovative battery projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and an interest in batteries. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and managerial skills to drive projects from conception through completion while ensuring quality and efficiency.
Duties
- Lead and manage engineering and development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Manage project timelines, engineering resources, and budgets effectively while communicating progress to stakeholders.
- Oversee the research and development of new products, utilizing data analysis skills to inform decision-making.
- Coordinate and aid multidisciplinary teams workloads and resource commitments.
- Contribute to product development and business development timeline planning.
- Mentor and guide engineering staff in their professional development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Implement systems engineering practices to enhance product reliability and performance.
- Develop scripts for automation of processes where applicable, improving efficiency within the team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within an engineering environment.
- Familiarity with assorted coding and development processes.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to apply systems engineering principles.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
