Our Core Business Hours are 9am-3pm PST, so we expect all of our employees to work at least during those hours and are flexible on the rest of your hours.

GRIN is looking for experienced and highly motivated Senior Account Executives (AE 4) to be responsible for hitting key revenue milestones by selling our industry-leading creator management SaaS platform to forward-thinking brands. As an integral part of GRIN's success, you will lead virtual sales presentations and live product demonstrations, as well as negotiating and closing deals, while holding yourself accountable to a consistent sales process. We prioritize drive and demonstrated success in whatever sales role you've been in before — we care far less about fancy pedigrees, schools, or a resume with "brand name" companies. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills with multiple levels of stakeholders. Previous experience in a quota carrying role is required. Your success depends on your intense drive to hit goals and work with your team to win. What You'll Do:

  • Educate prospects on GRIN's value proposition that your BDRs/SDRs book for you to create sales-ready opportunities to add to your pipeline
  • Leverage GRIN's proven sales process to qualify and close deals
  • Uncover and sell to both executive and user-level customer goals and pain points, while establishing GRIN as the best solution on the market (check out our G2 Ratings)
  • Be a subject matter expert in the creator management and influencer marketing industry to ensure that you remain a trusted resource for prospects and customers
  • Fully utilize our world class tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, etc.) to manage your pipeline, effectively forecast, and exceed targets
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analyses of potential customers to meet their needs and demonstrate GRIN's value
  • Utilize a consistent contact process via phone, gifting, and email to follow-up, nurture, and qualify leads and close deals.
  • Proactively utilize and coordinate internal resources to assist in closing deals

What will you bring?

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in a quota carrying and closing capacity
  • Understanding of complex sales processes and large brand dynamics
  • A consultative selling approach with superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport and present to large groups with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience building out a portfolio of enterprise sales collateral and templates. You take pride in creating clean, sophisticated pitch decks tailored to your prospective customer. Experience with marketing decks and other assets is a plus.
  • Exhibit interpersonal intelligence with the ability to condense complex information into simple language for the appropriate audience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom, Clari, Showpad, Docusign, and Google Suite a plus
  • A dedication to excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of success

GRIN is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Final compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience as it relates to the role.

United States Annual On-Target-Earnings

$160,000—$230,000 USD
