Logistics Specialist

Specific responsibilities:

• Oversee the Entire Fulfillment Lifecycle: Oversee every step of the process to guarantee accurate, timely shipments and seamless order delivery.
• Maintain Carrier Relationships: Coordinate with local carriers to manage pickups, resolve last-minute changes, and ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Resolve fulfillment inquiries, receiving issues, and other client concerns promptly.
• Manage Strategic Projects: Take charge of high-impact initiatives, such as onboarding new clients or launching new products.
• Solve Operational Challenges: Quickly address and troubleshoot order-related issues, implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure Inventory Accuracy: Oversee routine audits and cycle counts to maintain precise stock levels.
• Report Operational Performance: Deliver actionable insights and updates to management, keeping them informed of progress and challenges.
• Enforce Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality checks throughout the fulfillment process to maintain high standards.
• Monitor KPIs: Track and analyze key metrics to drive operational excellence in order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in warehouse operations and implement strategies to boost efficiency and minimize errors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Managment, or a related field.
• Background in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or logistics management.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes from receiving to shipping.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
