- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Resolve fulfillment inquiries, receiving issues, and other client concerns promptly.
- Manage Strategic Projects: Take charge of high-impact initiatives, such as onboarding new clients or launching new products.
- Solve Operational Challenges: Quickly address and troubleshoot order-related issues, implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure Inventory Accuracy: Oversee routine audits and cycle counts to maintain precise stock levels.
- Report Operational Performance: Deliver actionable insights and updates to management, keeping them informed of progress and challenges.

Qualifications:
