Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Project Manager to oversee excavation and construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring that all projects meet quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to successfully manage teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead and manage excavation and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

·        Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

·        Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment.

·        Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

·        Identify and mitigate potential risks, resolving issues that arise during construction.

·        Manage contracts, procurement, and change orders to maintain project efficiency.

·        Track project progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management and clients.

·        Ensure all work meets industry standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

·        Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

·        Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.

·        Strong knowledge of excavation processes, site preparation, grading, and underground utilities.

·        Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

·        Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·        Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.

·        Knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM, OSHA certification) are a plus.

·        Experience in heavy civil construction or large-scale excavation projects.
