Security Officer (DCJS Unarmed)
GRL Management Group, Inc. is looking for security officers to maintain a safe and secure environment at two solar sites. Officers will need to patrol premises, perform post checkpoints regularly, perform access control into and out of the site, and other specific jobs as the post requires. Officers must be able to stand for long periods of time at their post and be comfortable moving around the site as needed. Officers must be able to communicate in a professional manner to anyone working at the site as well as those coming and going.
Current registered DCJS Unarmed Officers preferred.
**This position requires travel between Aylett, VA and Powhatan, VA**
Must be able to pass a background check and have no pending charges.
Must be able to pass a drug screening upon accepting the position.
Must have your own, dependable transportation, and smartphone for clocking in and out.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Job Types: Part Time, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 2pm-10pm in Aylett, VA. Must be available for travel to fill in at our solar site in Powhatan, VA (shift of 6:30am-4:30pm) as needed.
Pay Rate: $16 per hour
