Groove Mazda is seeking a Receptionist to join our growing team in Centennial, CO! Starting at $18.00 up to $20.00 (based on experience)

Position Overview

The receptionist greets customers and vendors at the front desk and answers and transfers incoming phone calls to the applicable department. Additional duties include making customer follow-up calls, confirming appointments, scanning, and data entry. This role requires a highly professional individual representing Groove Auto to deliver a fantastic guest experience.

Essential Functions

• Managing a multi-line telephone system by answering calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Directing/helping customers to the correct department
• Additional clerical duties, as requested by management
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year professional office experience and be highly dependable and customer service oriented.
• Data entry with solid attention to detail and accuracy
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
• Authorized to work in the United States
