Landscaping Crew Member

Build some of the best landscapes in Omaha! Ground Builders is expanding its installation crews and is seeking more top crew leaders! Each of our crews is outfitted with a newer dump bed truck, enclosed trailer, MT85 or 100 and all the quality tools needed to complete your tasks to the highest level. We invest in our team with the best tools, equipment and training around!

Job Duties

• Assist with installing projects to match designs and specifications provided
• Perform job tasks from your crew leader
• Assist with training new team members
• Work alongside your crew installing
• Maintain company quality standards on projects
• Maintain a safe and clean job site
• Keep track of all crew assigned tool inventories
• Submit repair and maintenance requests for equipment and tools as needed to the shop

Job Qualifications

• 2 years of installation
• Drivers license (preferred)
• Understanding of hardscape and landscape installation methods.
• Skilled in working as a TEAM to accomplish a common goal
• Ability to operate skid loaders, excavators and mini loaders is a plus
