As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will promote and sell our products, provide excellent service, and grow relationships with our customers. The responsibilities associated with this role have an emphasis on product knowledge, customer care and technical support for both retail sales and dealer accounts in the Hot Rod / Muscle car market along with national automotive aftermarket accounts.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Duties:

  • Responsible for account maintenance and / or sales to assigned customers.
  • Focus on the commercial activities of the account: Entering and reconciling orders, providing order status and statements to customers, support to field service representatives.
  • Provide technical call assistance regarding products to customers and other interested parties.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and an ability to communicate effectively both inside and outside the organization.
  • Possible travel to trade shows to represent the MAVAL Industries brands while selling product.
  • Prepare presentations and reports to support assigned accounts.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years related sales and/customer service work experience required.
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Technical skills to include working knowledge of MS Office 365 suite and ERP software (SAGE or Oracle).
  • General automotive mechanical skills or background preferred but not necessary.
