What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Manager position at Grove Spa?
Grove Spa is looking for an experienced manager that has a thorough knowledge of the spa treatment offerings, possesses a general understanding of procedures, and has a willingness to learn about spa specific treatment offerings. Applicants must have proven experience in management and team leadership within a spa or retail environment. They must work to make sure the spa operates efficiently and professionally. They must possess excellent customer service and communication skills and be able to manage many duties under stressful situations.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting
- Training new staff
- Front desk/customer service
- Handling large call volume
- Management and scheduling of employees
- Scheduling client appointments using booking software - Meevo
- Maintain Client Records
- Comfortable using both outlook and excel
- Inventory
- Running daily and monthly reports
- Keep up with general maintenance
- Planning
