Grovehouse Social Media and Community Manager

We’re seeking a talented & strategic Social Media & Community Manager to join our team! This person will be responsible for executing and driving the overall social media strategy content across all social media platforms for our brands, LILIA, MISI, MISIPASTA & FINI. This role will include overseeing the weekly content calendar, 360 social support plans for launches/activations, events and partnerships, identifying social trends and owning community management. The Social Media and Community manager will work closely with the owners and founders of the brands to understand and represent the correct voices and will be expected to work and partner with the Director of Social Media and Content Creation on a weekly basis.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage social posting schedule for multiple brands across different timelines and social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok)
  • Design and implement content calendar to align with business goals and marketing strategy
  • Engage with our community of followers, answer questions, and respond to comments and messages.
  • Discover trends / social moments and help determine how (or if) our brands should participate
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social posts and utilize data to inform future strategies
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media, such as targets for certain number of shares or likes and measure success against KPIs
  • Create bi-weekly performance report to inform strategy

Requirements: 

  • 3 to 5 years in social media planning, management and execution.
  • Food & Hospitality experience is preferred, a passion for food and culture is necessary!
  • Willingness and flexibility to accommodate scheduling based on business needs. Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to establish priorities with little direction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using all primary social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Tik Tok, etc.)
  • Proven understanding of the latest community management and engagement best practices.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who can lead projects from invention to completion.
  • A strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a dynamic and demanding work environment to meet critical deadlines and complete projects with minimal supervision.
  • Communicates clearly up and downstream.
