About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Client Services Supervisor (CSS) to lead and support our Client Services Team. The CSS plays a critical role in managing daily operations, supervising staff, and serving as a Trinium Super User. This position requires a highly organized and confident leader who can effectively delegate tasks, provide constructive feedback, and resolve challenges promptly.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of transportation operations, client services, and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, train, and supervise the Client Services Coordinators (CSCs).
- Understand and document all daily CSC tasks and duties for all accounts.
- Oversee and maintain account Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency of CSC data entry through regular audits.
- Conduct employee performance reviews, provide feedback, and handle disciplinary actions.
- Manage scheduling, time-off requests, and work shifts for the team.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Trinium users, clients, and IT support.
- Create and maintain Transportation Management System (TMS) reports, auto notifications, event management, and executive reporting.
- Ensure cross-training among CSC team members to maintain operational continuity.
- Resolve workplace challenges and conflicts quickly and fairly.
- Communicate department goals and progress updates to team members and upper management.
- Conduct one-on-one and team meetings to align on objectives and performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (Trinium strongly preferred).
- Strong data entry skills, with a minimum typing speed of 65 WPM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Acute attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a fast-paced environment.
- Versatility, flexibility, and enthusiasm to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Confidence in providing both positive feedback and constructive criticism to employees.
