We’re hiring! Experienced Body Shop Technician needed in Cedar Rapids, IA. The ideal candidate will take great pride in their work restoring or replacing damaged body parts to pre-accident conditions. Ensuring high-quality repairs meeting factory dealership standards. Join our team and delivery excellence in every job!
Requirements :
- Review each repair order and estimator's notes to understand repairs needed prior to beginning work on the truck.
- Install and repair truck equipment per the manufacturer's technical repair process.
- Complete jobs within established time frames.
- Perform work and maintain 98% return - free work.
- Communicate with the shop foreman or manager if additional parts are needed to finish a repair.
- Inform Body Shop Manager of all customer concerns so they may be handled before the vehicle leaves the shop.
- Develop good relations with customers, adjusters, and insurance companies.
- Maintain a high quality of work.
- Provide proper housekeeping of the Body Shop area and overall shop appearance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience : 2 years of Body Shop and / or Mechanical
