Guaranty Bank is looking for a Credit Administration Associate to join our team! This person would assist customers, vendors, visitors, and internal associates/teams while operating within the Company's policies and standard operating procedures.
Essential Functions
Pre-employment credit check, criminal background check, and drug screen required.
Essential Functions
- Verification and management of real estate tax payments.
- Creating loan files for vault retention, scanning documents into imaging system
- Supports loan administration department with needs and research, as needed.
- Supports lenders and loan assistants with system and documentation needs and research, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Loan related experience with preferred skills of various computer programs and data input, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Core Bank Software.
- Possess mathematical skills with working knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Ability to interact, communicate, and work with personnel at all levels of the organization.
