What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Service Flat Rate Technician position at Guaranty?
Guaranty Chevrolet, a well-established dealership with more than 50 years in business, is looking for an Automotive Technician to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Test drive, diagnose, maintain and repair automotive vehicles
- Execute repairs under warranty
- Perform work specified by the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
- Test components and systems using the latest diagnostic tools
- Communicate directly with service advisors so that customers can be informed of any additional services needed
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License, good driving record
- Minimum 3 years' experience
- Computer literate with good customer service skills
- Knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
- Must have own tools
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to follow all safety policies and procedures
- High school diploma or GED preferred
