Experience and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with various construction tasks, including but not limited to digging, lifting, carrying, and operating equipment.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, erecting scaffolding, and setting up temporary structures.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and perform tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met.

- Per Diem: Lodging and meals provided during travel.
- This is a full-time position with a typical work schedule of Monday through Friday.
- Some evening and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.
