Construction Laborer

Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy materials as needed.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Strong work ethic and reliability. Dedicated to building trusting relationships.
• Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with various construction tasks, including but not limited to digging, lifting, carrying, and operating equipment.
• Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, erecting scaffolding, and setting up temporary structures.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and perform tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met.

Work Schedule and Travel:

• Rotation: 5-10’s; enjoy weekends at home.
• Geographical Coverage: Travel required throughout Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee, Michigan, Alabama, West Virginia, and Virginia and the Eastern Seaboard.
• Per Diem: Lodging and meals provided during travel.
• This is a full-time position with a typical work schedule of Monday through Friday.
• Some evening and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
