Overview:
We are seeking a Motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Billing Assistant Office Staff Memeber. This is an entry level posistion, and no prior experience is required. The ideal canidate will be responsible for assisting with billing process and providing support to our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Duties:
- Assist with Review and process invoices accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Assist with data entry and filing
- Provide administrative support to office staff
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing processes
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual candidates are highly preferred but not necessary
