As a Clinical Talent Acquisition Manager at Guidelight Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and the company's clinical talent sourcing and recruitment strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent you will support all aspects of talent acquisition & management including sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, pre-boarding and on-boarding. This talent leader will be responsible for applying creative solutions and implementing initiatives that promote a thoughtful and positive brand to candidates of the Company, work to attract top clinical talent, and cultivate a high-performance culture through
candidate and teammate engagement which is fully aligned with the company's Mission, Vision and Values.
Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Clinical Talent Acquisition Ownership
Work within the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract and retain top-tier talent in clinical roles.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data and track performance within our ATS to effectively communicate on the health and quality of each project.
