We are seeking a proactive Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team. The Manufacturing Supervisor will serve as a key link between production teams and upper management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet fluctuating demands
- Lead, train, and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and competency enhancement
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and quality
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and promote a safe working environment
- Collaborate with engineering and quality departments to address and resolve production issues
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, labor, and equipment performance
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and CNC Machining Principles
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Ability to analyze data and metrics and make informed decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
