Retail Store Manager
Page Lumber, Millwork & Building Supplies is currently seeking a Retail Store Assistant Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities & Expectations
· Supervises sales floor, providing high-quality customer service and maintaining merchandising and cleanliness standards
· Ensures payroll, inventory and shrink goals are achieved
· Ensures that staff is fully trained and has a full knowledge of all products
· Works with store manager to develop creative plans to increase store sales
· Assigns duties and monitors quality of work; assures staff conforms to organizational policies and procedures
· Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively works to promote and recognize performance

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
· 2-4 years of Store/Operations Management experience
