The store manager will be responsible for day-to-day leadership and store operations.
We are looking for an individual to drive store profitability, meet food costs goals, and provide leadership to our team.
Customer satisfaction is a priority and all our guests are meet with exceptional service. You will be required to work the front line alongside with our team, and must be able to prepare and sell our products adhering to recipe and food compliance standards. You will be responsible for portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste.
You will manage shifts, provide weekly schedules to team, and be responsible for covering shifts due to non shows, etc.
You will interview potential new hires, and develop employees thru training, positive feedback and performance.
Required qualifications:
Technology skills with POS system, iPads.
Minimum 2 years management experience in a fast paced food service restaurant.
Experience coaching and training teams.
Strong customer service focus.
Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Good time management and problem solving skills.
