- Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time
- Organize and plan project tasks and schedules
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants
- Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities
- Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully
- Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise
- Optimize project deliverables and schedule
- Create presentations and reports to communicate project status
- Help us document and create processes, analyze data and help the team create reports and dashboards for external and internal stakeholders
- 2-3 years of project management experience required
- Proven ability to learn quickly, utilize new software, and adapt to internal processes.
- SAAS implementation experience is a plus
- PMP Certification is required
- Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent preferred
- Green Belt or any Six Sigma certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- You thrive under ambiguity and are able to apply critical thinking to new unsolved questions
- You take a problem-solving approach to everything and know how to put your business judgment and strategic thinking to work in a fast-paced field
