Duties

- Facilitate group activities that encourage social interaction and community engagement.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for all residents.
- Document resident progress and any significant changes in behavior or health status.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers and healthcare professionals, to develop individualized care plans.
- Provide direct support to residents during emergencies and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Skills
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or related fields such as social work or home care is preferred.
