What You'll Be Doing
- Market Analysis: Research market trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and assess industry dynamics to uncover growth opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
- Operational Optimization: Develop, implement, and refine operational processes, systems, and metrics to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and successful execution of initiatives.
- Strategic Projects: Lead special initiatives and projects designed to improve business performance and drive innovation.
- Leadership Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations for senior leadership to support key business initiatives and investment decisions.
- Blockchain Knowledge: A solid understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.
- Professional Experience: 2 years in investment banking, management consulting, or a similar analytical and strategic role.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, Figma, Jira, and/or SQL.
- Adaptability and Curiosity: A proactive mindset with a willingness to tackle ambiguous challenges and learn on the go.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for conferences and events as needed.
