About The Role

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager at Halliday, you will take full ownership of the sales process, from initial discovery and product demos to contract negotiations and client onboarding. This role is perfect for a proactive, results-driven individual who is passionate about shaping the growth of Halliday’s cutting-edge blockchain infrastructure.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead Generation - Identify, research, and engage high-potential developers and teams that align with Halliday’s blockchain solutions.
  • Outbound Prospecting - Utilize outbound sales techniques—such as email campaigns, social media outreach, and attending industry events—to generate interest and build connections with potential clients.
  • Lead Qualification - Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, assess product fit, and position Halliday’s offerings effectively.
  • Research-Driven Outreach - Dive deep into prospect research to craft highly personalized outreach that resonates with decision-makers and aligns Halliday’s solutions with their key priorities.
  • CRM Management - Keep accurate, up-to-date records of prospects and leads in the CRM, ensuring smooth tracking of the sales pipeline and timely follow-ups.
  • Relationship Management - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships within the blockchain ecosystem, including RAAS platforms, blockchain networks, and modular chain developers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience - 3 years in strategic partnerships or growth roles, ideally in the crypto or blockchain space.
  • Sales Expertise - Proven track record in sales and lead generation, with experience managing the full sales lifecycle from outreach to closing.
  • Exceptional Communication - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
  • Adaptability - A quick learner who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a passion for new technologies.
  • Solution Selling - Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions, ideally within the blockchain or tech industry.
  • Travel requirement, must be willing to travel (domestic/international)

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $180,000 - $200,000. This reflects the minimum and maximum range in New York City. This does not include equity or benefits.
