We are currently in search of a full-time experienced Property Manager for 3 small Apartment Communities in South Carthage and Alexandria TN. The qualified candidate will have at least 3 years of Property Management experience, preferably in an apartment setting and be able to pass our background screening. This is a full time at 40 hours per week and paid time off and paid holidays. Rural Development and Tax Credit experience preferred but not required.
