We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Admin to provide essential clerical support and administrative services that bolster the efficiency of our operations. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, a keen eye for detail, and adeptness in navigating complex online systems. This position involves managing data, generating insightful reports, and performing day-to-day administrative tasks with precision and speed. This is an on-site position at our Sterling, IL Fulfillment Center working a 1st shift schedule of Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm CT.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) to structure and analyze data, create comprehensive reports, and ensure data accuracy.
- Navigate and manage complex online portals to update information, access and retrieve essential data, and facilitate digital transactions.
- Support inventory management, order tracking, and other operational activities through proficient use of Excel and web-based tools.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to maintain seamless workflow and meet project timelines.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, documents, and spreadsheets to stakeholders and management.
- Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling, tracking project milestones, and following up to ensure deadlines are met.
- Troubleshoot issues related to online system navigation and suggest improvements for more effective data management and retrieval.
- Maintain clear and efficient communication with team members to ensure alignment on tasks, project expectations, and timelines.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older with the ability to read and speak English for safety purposes
- High School diploma or GED required, Certificates or Associate's Degree preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, macros)
- Strong experience navigating and operating complex online systems and databases
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and initiative to optimize current workflows
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
