Hamilton Connections is recruiting for Cable Assemblers in the New Britain area.

1st shift 5am 3pm Monday through Thursday with potential for OT on Fridays

$16.75 / hr

Cable Assembler

Job Duties :

  • Cutting Cable
  • Coiling Cable
  • Assembly of connectors onto cable
  • Molding cable
  • Counting parts
  • Packing

Job Description :

Typically, the person would be required to handle or mold individual cables which are only a few pounds in weight. The weight of the cable bundles could range from 12 - 40 lbs depending on the amount of cable being coiled.

Assembling connectors onto cable using basic hand tool. The position would be standing all day or sitting all day or a mix of the two.
