We serve the residents of Hamilton County in more ways than you may realize! The Care & Training Liaison is a pivotal role within the Office of Addiction Response, dedicated to supporting individuals and families impacted by substance use disorders while enhancing the training and development of internal staff and external partners. This position combines direct client advocacy and care coordination with the design, facilitation, and management of training programs. Operating as a

critical bridge between service providers, community stakeholders, and the Office of Addiction Response, the Care & Training Liaison ensures the effective delivery of services, promotes professional development, and fosters collaboration across sectors to address substance use challenges comprehensively

Summary of Job Duties:

• Serves as a Family Support and Care Coordinator, guiding individuals and families through systems of care by providing prevention resources, triage, referrals, and follow-up support.
• Responsible for developing and delivering training programs for internal staff and community partners.
• Establishes and maintains partnerships with first responder agencies, community providers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee certification processes for training programs, such as OPATA certification for QRT participants.
• Maintain accurate participant records in the Cordata system and track progress against key performance indicators.
  
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration or a human services field such as Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, Therapeutic Recreation, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Human Services (including a clinical practicum of at least one year), or a related field from an accredited college or university; AND
• One (1) year of human services-related experience

• 40 Hour Work Week, generally between core hours of 7:30-5:30
