The Opportunity
As an Internal Sales Associate (Wholesaler), you will be the central resource and relationship manager for your assigned territory. You will focus on growing new business in support of national sales goals and developing new relationships throughout the United States in a specific territory. In this role, you will assist in managing distribution relationships by facilitating business production, creative selling, and problem resolution.
You will help to execute on regional business plans that achieve and exceed sales targets for your assigned territory within the Wirehouse channel.

Your Responsibilities Will Be To
- Prospect new clients, services existing clients, and meetings coordination along aside external partner(s)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members to establish and achieve sales targets. Serves as the initial contact for problem resolution. Research accounts and/or elevates issues to solve problems
- Use the CRM for all interactions that leads to reports on sales activity and production as required
- Maintain successful relationships with colleagues including but not limited to Marketing, Compliance, and Operations
- Maintain ongoing knowledge on industry trends, advanced marketing concepts and company products
- Consistently look for “value adds” through service and selling ideas
- Keep an ethical and compliant region based on company and regulatory standards
- Identify leads for new relationships within Hamilton Lane
- Bachelor’s degree
- Series 7
- Knowledgeable on distribution channel
- Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written).
- Possesses the ability to plan, organize, develop, and deliver effective plans / presentations to a targeted audience.
