The Opportunity
As Senior Associate of Private Wealth Operations, you will be joining a dynamic team of professionals overseeing the client onboarding workstream for our Evergreen and Closed-end strategies. This role will have exposure across multiple teams as this person will be acting as a liaison between operations and multiple groups to support the onboarding process.

The Opportunity
As Senior Associate of Private Wealth Operations, you will be joining a dynamic team of professionals overseeing the client onboarding workstream for our Evergreen and Closed-end strategies. This role will have exposure across multiple teams as this person will be acting as a liaison between operations and multiple groups to support the onboarding process.
Your Responsibilities Will Be To
- Support and oversee the trade and fund operations of our Evergreen and Closed-end funds.
- Act as a liaison with our transfer agents.
- Support and oversee the investor onboarding process across US Evergreen and Closed-end funds.
- Act as a resource to resolve complex or non-routine processing related questions/issues.
- Help lead engagements with platforms including fund onboarding and ongoing servicing requirements.
- Take initiative to troubleshoot, investigate, design, and resolve operational inefficiencies by understanding the intricacies of each team and process involved in the funds’ lifecycles.
- Develop a deep understanding of the regulatory requirements/restrictions of operating and marketing a 40 Act funds in the United States.
- Coordinate internal and external fund documentation to ensure investor processes are detailed accurately and within compliance requirements.
- Undergraduate degree
- 5-8 years of operations experience in the Investment Management or financial service industry; experience in private markets is preferred
- Exposure to Alternative Funds, evergreen experience a plus.
- Experience in managing processes, prioritizing multiple tasks within a fast paced, high-pressure environment, and possesses an acute attention to details
- Experience supporting sales function is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Strong Microsoft Office is required; advanced excel is a plus
