Our company is seeking an Associate who can be relied upon to assist in all administrative aspects of the company. The ideal candidate for this position will be highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented. The successful candidate will enjoy working outside measuring buildings, communicating with the public, as well as working inside doing data entry and will also be capable of maintaining a friendly, courteous attitude with our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Willing to drive to multiple towns
• Inspect residential properties to look for changes that would affect market value, including improvements or deterioration, Measure, draw, buildings
• Communicate and listening skill with the public efficiently
• Proficient data entry skills
• Work independently and/or work as a team player
• be able to set priorities in order to meet deadlines
• Able to read deeds
• Bonus for CMA License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
