Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance technician to oversee and ensure the efficient operation of all equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a solid understanding of basic handyman repairs, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of safety and performance within our organization. Must be able to pass a backround check, and possess valid drivers license .
Duties
- Maintain daily front and back parking lots, removing trash , ect.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and front desk repairs needed on daily basis
- Coordinate with General Manager on inventory, and ordering
- Assist Housekeeping and Kitchen in removing trash throughout the day
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a handyman role within a maintenance or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, construction, repairs
- Proficient in project management techniques, ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations related to maintenance work.
