What are the responsibilities and job description for the Radiology Tech position at Hancock County Health System?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
A registered professional technologist assigned responsibilities of performing diagnostic radiologic services for hospital patients as well as out-patients sent from the clinics or physicians' offices.
HOURS:
Part Time, 64 hours per pay period with 4 days per week. Will include on-call, holiday, and weekend rotation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent. Completion Radiologic Technology School with ARRT board certification or eligibility to sit for boards and an Iowa Permit to Practice. Good communication skills and flexibility in scheduling are a necessity along with the ability to multitask. Strong attention to detail required. CT and Mammography experience preferred but not required.
