Position is responsible for building high-end furniture samples from a detail, drawing, or picture.
Position Details
- Builds high-end furniture from a detail, drawing, or picture, etc.
- Works with designer and detailer to make any necessary changes in sample case
- Makes patterns or fixtures for parts as necessary
- Observes plant safety rules
- Keeps work area clean and is quality conscious in performing duties
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous sample building experience preferred
- Must have knowledge of all woodworking machines necessary for any project
- Must be self-motivated

- Must be able to walk, stand, climb, stoop, twist, push, pull and bend over the course of 8 hours
