- Full time LMTs performing 25 50-minute hands on services can earn $71,500 -$78,000 annually.
- Part time LMTs performing 15 50-minute hands on services a week can earn $42,000 - $46,000 annually.

- Continuing Education-Each Hand and Stone massage therapist will receive 12 CE’s for taking our new employee training.
- Customize treatment plans based on individual clients.
- Create an experience of peace and relaxation for members/guests/other spa professionals through a friendly and helpful approach.
- Generate return clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas within the spa.
- Adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
- Carry liability insurance.
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
- Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members!
- Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.

- Base pay, upgrade commission, and tips combined that average $50-$75 per 50 minute "hands-on" session.
